How it all started
How it all started
It all began a decade ago when my eldest was three
and my youngest was one. Like any mother, I sought
the best for my boys and decided to transform our
entire lifestyle and household into a “So Free” haven.
I was meticulous about using top-notch ingredients,
insisting on everything being organic, gluten-free,
dairy-free, refined sugar-free, yeast-free, soy-free, and
GMO-free, all without compromising on taste, texture,
and the joy of indulging in baked treats.
Despite my determination, catering to my tiny food
critics with sweet tooth proved more challenging than
anticipated. Their discerning taste and texture
preferences turned my “healthy journey” into a
seemingly impossible mission. Undeterred, I persisted
and I was adamant on finding the ultimate mix of
healthy and tasty. Four years later, after numerous
attempts with flat cupcakes, rock-hard cookies, and
bouncy cakes, I began receiving approvals from them.
Unbeknownst to me, I had evolved into a healthy
baking expert,
armed with a vast repertoire of options, extensive
knowledge, and choices that kept their sweet cravings
satisfied, tummies full, and my guilt at bay.
Today, So Free offers a diverse range of flavors, both
sweet and savory, catering to all palates and taste
buds. Crafted with the finest high-quality ingredients,
our treats are guilt-free and made with love, ensuring
our kitchen remains 100% organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, yeast-free, soy-free, and GMO-free. We also have plenty of options that are egg-free
